1. Find the league and division
Who can take part?
Open, non-affiliated teams of all ages and ability levels. You can find details of the categories in the rules.
Go to the rules →Which league is right for us?
Use the championship overview or the event finder to compare dates, regions and disciplines.
Go to the league table →Age group, level and category?
All categories, including age groups, levels and divisions, are listed in one place.
Go to the categories →2. Registration & Deadlines
How does the registration process work?
Registration is carried out directly via our existing registration form for each team.
What deadlines do we need to bear in mind?
The early-bird booking period, registration deadline, requirement to register by name and music submission deadline are displayed on the event page for each championship.
When are team details and music required?
You can also find the exact deadlines for registering by name and uploading music on the relevant championship page.
3. Register teams on the club portal
Create members
You create a one-off entry for all athletes, coaches and support staff in the club portal.
Passport photo and proof of age
Upload a recent photo and proof of age for each person – you can even do this straight from your mobile.
Registration by name
Assign the members to each team along with their positions and finalise the registration.
Upload competition music
Each team should upload their music as MP3 files – by the championship’s music deadline.
4. Preparing for the competition
Where can we find the rules and scorecards?
The full set of rules and the latest scorecards are available for you to read.
Go to the scoresheets →When will the start list and timetable be published?
These will be published as soon as they are confirmed and will then be linked directly on the championship page.
Day 5 of the competition & afterwards
