Registration process for CCA Championships

Registration for a CCA championship takes place in several steps and is handled entirely online.


. Online registration

Registration takes place via the official registration form:

https://www.germancheeropen.de/registration

  • When registering, please enter a valid e-mail address to.

  • If your club has already been registered for a previous CCA Championship, you must the same e-mail addresscan be used.

    Otherwise a new club account will be created automatically.

  • Then select the desired championship.

  • Register your teams with the expected number of starterscoaches and carers.

    The final names will be entered at a later date.

After successful registration you will receive:

  • one Registration confirmation

  • one Invoice for the down payment


. Down payment & liability

The registration only becomes effective after payment of the deposit.

  • The deposit is per team/category to perform.

  • The payment must within 7 days after receipt of the invoice.

  • The deposit will be offset against the final invoice at a later date.

Deposit per category:

  • Teams: 0 EUR

  • Groupstunt / EuroCheer: 0 EUR

  • Partner stunt, individual, double dance: 0 EUR


. Online portal & notification by name

After registering, you will have access to the online portal:

https://www.germancheeropen.de/onlinetool

Notification by name

In the online portalall persons (athletes, substitute starters, coaches, support staff, etc.) can be created as members once.

Required per person:

  • complete personal data

  • Proof of age (e.g. identity card or birth certificate)

    → A cheer pass without age information is not sufficient

  • a current photo

    (Upload also possible directly via smartphone camera)


. Team allocation & entry fees

Once the members have been created, they are assigned to the respective teams and categories.

  • The allocation is necessary for the correct calculation of the start and fees.

  • Multiple starts by one person are generally permitted.

  • The fees are calculated automatically in the online portal.

The notification by name mustby the specified date (see respective championship information).

After the deadline, changes are only possible for a fee.

Once the roll call has been completed, the Final invoice created and is within 7 days due.


. Upload the competition music

The competition music must:

  • in due time according to championship information

  • as MP3 file

  • via the online portal in the Event / Teams

can be uploaded.
