Registration process for CCA Championships

Registration for a CCA championship takes place in several stages and is carried out entirely online.

. Online registration

Registration is carried out using the official registration form:

• When registering, please provide a valid email address an.

• If your club has already been registered for a previous CCA Championship, you must the same email addressbe used.

  Otherwise, a new club account will be created automatically.

• Next, select the league you want.

• Register your teams using the estimated number of entrants, coaches and support staff.

  The final roll call will take place at a later date.

Once you have successfully registered, you will receive:

• one Confirmation of registration

• one Invoice for the deposit

. Deposit & Liability

Registration will only become effective once the deposit has been paid.

• The deposit is per team/category to pay.

• Payment must within 7 days to be made upon receipt of the invoice.

• The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

Deposit per category:

• Teams: 150 EUR

• Groupstunt / EuroCheer: 50 EUR

• Partner stunt, Individual, Double Dance: 10 EUR

Registration by name

On the online portal, you must all people (Athletes, substitute starters, coaches, support staff, etc.) are created as members on a one-off basis.

Required per person:

• full personal details

• Proof of age (e.g. identity card or birth certificate)

  → A Cheerpass without an age specified is not sufficient

• ein recent photo

  (You can also upload directly using your smartphone camera)

. Team allocation & entry fees

Once the members have been created, they are assigned to their respective teams and categories.

• This allocation is required to ensure that the start time and charges are calculated correctly.

• A person is generally permitted to enter multiple times.

• Fees are calculated automatically via the online portal.

Registration by name must by the specified date (see the relevant championship information) must have been completed.

Once the deadline has passed, changes can only be made for a fee.

Once the roll call has been completed, the Final invoice created and is within 7 days due.

. Uploading the competition music

Competition music must:

• on time, in accordance with the championship information

• als MP3 file

• via the online portal in the section Event / Teams

be uploaded.
